About Jayson Domingo

I am a photography enthusiast based in Science City of Munoz, Nueva Ecija. This website features some of my work.

My inerest in photography started out when my sister lend me her Nikon D5000 to take some "pictures" of my newborn son. Then I thought this would make a good bling on my neck and suddenly I wanted one too. I first got a "bridge" type Fujifilm s2900 which is good for travel but bad in lowlight (I think I just did not use it for its own potential). Then a year later my wife decided to get a Nikon D5100 which was used on some of the photos in this site. Currently I am using a Nikon D7000 and my favorrite lens so far is my Nikkor 50mm 1.8 AF-D.

I am still in the process of learning through various tutorial sites and videos that can be found in the net. I also follow a lot of photographers for inspiration some of them are: Joe McNally, Zach Arias and David Hobby, PARC Cruz, Manny Librodo and Elena Shumilova

I love doing portraits and capturing the best out of the people I photograph. I also cover some events and recently I did a shoot for a instructional manual.

You can follow me on Facebook, Instagram and on Flickr.
